Box Score MEQUON, WI - The Benedictine University Women's Basketball Team capped off the first ever 20-0 record in the NACC with a road win at Concordia Wisconsin.

THE DETAILS
• Benedictine seemed poised to run away with the game early, opening a 16-0 lead with 3:42 left in the first quarter
• Concordia Wisconsin closed the quarter with a 9-0 run to pull within 18-13
• The run continued with the first basket of the second quarter as Concordia Wisconsin pulled within 18-16
• The hosts came all the way back to take the lead midway through the quarter and held a 40-39 lead at the break
• Allison Michalski converted on a layup at the start of the second half to put Benedictine back in front
• Concordia Wisconsin led by six at 47-41 before
Alex Fanning kicked off a 6-0 run to even the score
• Another 6-0 run later in the quarter with all the points coming from Michalski put Benedictine up 53-49 and the team led 55-51 headed to the final 10 minutes
• Concordia Wisconsin netted six in a row to open the fourth quarter before Fanning opened an 11-0 run that saw Benedictine grab control, leading by as many as 13 to cap the perfect conference schedule
• With the win, Benedictine became the first team in NACC history to post a 20-0 record
• Wisconsin Lutheran is the only other team to finish unbeaten, notching a 17-0 mark in 2012-13

• Michalski led the team in scoring with 29 on the night, along with 13 rebounds
• Fanning led the team in rebounds with 17 to go with 17 points
• Claire Gibler also reached double digits with 17 points while
Britney Pitzer tallied 9
• Benedictine scored 46 points in the paint, shot 46 percent in the contest and held a 48-38 edge on the glass
