LISLE, IL - The Benedictine University women's lacrosse team grabbed a non-conference win at home over Franklin, leading wire-to-wire.

• Benedictine scored the first five goals of the contest
• Emma Redfern opened the scoring just over three minutes into the contest and then set up
Jessica Lindsay two minutes later
• Five different individuals scored the first five goals of the contest
• Following a tally by Franklin, three more individuals scored goals as eight different players opened the scoring
• Emily Vellender scored twice before the half as Benedictine led 10-1 at halftime
• Lindsay opened the scoring in the second half to start the running clock as Benedictine led 11-1 and scored eight goals in a row
