LISLE, IL - The Benedictine University men's volleyball team did not make many miscues in scoring a three-set win over visiting Rockford on Tuesday night.

THE DETAILS
• Benedictine set the tone by scoring the first two points of the opening set and did not look back
• A kill from Chase Olson followed by consecutive Jacob Grygo kills enabled Benedictine to score six straight points and start to pull away
• Rockford scored the opening point of the second set and hung around until three straight kills from three different players as part of a five-point run allowed Benedictine to pull away
• Benedictine led 7-2 in the third and kept the attack up to breeze to the win
• Benedictine hit .684 in the third set and finished the match at .507, tallying at least 12 kills in each set
