Benedictine softball continues a string of six consecutive home dates to start the season today with a doubleheader against Lakeland. Benedictine opened the year with a dramatic win over Wheaton on Wednesday in the rain. Lakeland is 0-2. All games against opponents from the North Division will be played as non-conference contests with travel limited this year. Lakeland was 5-5 last year when the pandemic arrived. Benedictine swept Lakeland in 2019. The game program with all of the stats, rosters and info on the contest is now available.
