THE DETAILS
• Wisconsin Lutheran took a 1-0 lead in the top of the first in the opener but Benedictine walked off with a 2-1 decision in the pitcher's duel
• Alyssa Gill led off the seventh with a double and was sacrificed to third
• Asia Robinette tied the game with a groundout
• Colleen Schmit followed with a double and pinch hitter Sara Allison doubled home the game-winner
• The second game saw Wisconsin Lutheran score late to steal the win
• The visitors scored four runs in the seventh to erase a 6-3 deficit
• Both teams scored in the first inning
• Taylor Skraba led off the game with a double for Benedictine and scored on an RBI single from Gill to tie the game
• After Wisconsin Lutheran scored in the third to take a 2-1 edge, Benedictine scored twice in the fourth to take the lead
• Gill led off with a homer to tie the score
• Schmit singled with two outs and scored from first on a double by Gianna Pullara
• Wisconsin Lutheran tied the game in the fifth before Benedictine plated two more runs in the bottom of the inning
• Robinette knocked home a run with a groundout and another run crossed on a wild pitch
• All four runs for Wisconsin Lutheran came with two outs and Benedictine left the tying run in scoring position in the bottom of the inning
• With the conference splitting into divisions the games were played as non-conference affairs

STAT LEADERS
• Alexandra Loizon earned the win with a complete game in the opener, striking out four
• Schmit and Megan Fast tallied two hits apiece
• Pullara notched three hits in the second game while Skraba and Gill logged two each
