RIVER FOREST, IL - The Benedictine University men's lacrosse team eased their way to a fourth straight win by dispatching Concordia Chicago on the road in the conference opener.

THE DETAILS
• Concordia Chicago scored the first goal after the opening faceoff and then did not score again for over 30 minutes
• Nic Perkins scored a man-up goal with just over two minutes remaining in the opening quarter to tie the score and then Benedictine stormed away in the second and third quarters
• Perkins scored again in the opening minute of the second quarter, the first of six goals in the quarter
• Scott Ransom drove home a feed from
Thomas Tillett in the final seconds of the half as Benedictine led 7-1
• Benedictine scored 14 unanswered goals in the game and put 11 into the net in the third
• Colin Domek set up Tillett with the final goal of the run, making the score 14-1

• Tillett finished with four goals and four assists

• Benedictine racked up 58 shots with 52 groundballs while winning 25 faceoffs and successfully recording 22 clears on 23 attempts
• Mateo Salceda won 12 faceoffs and picked up seven groundballs
• Daniel Lawler also scooped seven groundballs
