THE DETAILS
- It did not take long for Benedictine to open the lead as
Hayden Van Son scored in the eighth minute, popping a shot over the keeper
- Side stepping chances from Marian,
Fernando Alvarez struck less than 20 minutes later to make the score 2-0
- Benedictine kept the pressure on and scored again late in the half when
Noah Kappel set up
Chris Reynoso to push the lead to 3-0
- The teams traded goals less than a minute apart in the 57th minute with Van Son notching his second of the contest
- Alex Pillath recorded the final goal in the 67th minute
