SEWANEE, TN - Making a second consecutive appearance in the NCAA Tournament, the Benedictine University men's lacrosse team finished the season 12-7 with a loss to Sewanee.

Joe Spahn at the 12:54 mark of the first
- Sewanee responded with the next two goals to lead 2-1
- Ben Zimmerman fed Robinson to tie the game with 5:02 left in the first
- Colin Domek scored a behind-the-back goal from
Thomas Tillett to give Benedictine a 3-2 lead with 3:36 left in the first
- Sewanee scored to tie the game just before the end of the quarter and went on to score the next 10, opening a 12-3 lead with 8:40 remaining in the third
- Benedictine drew within eight three times, pulling within 15-7 early in the fourth but the second quarter run was too much
