The Benedictine University football team scored 55 unanswered points and eased to a 58-10 win on the road at Eureka to move to 4-0 on the year.
A slow start allowed the hosts to kick a field goal near the end of the first to take their lone lead of the contest before the big-play offense took over. Benedictine moved 75 yards on nine plays over just 2:48 to take the lead on a 19-yard touchdown grab by 
Nick Shelton. Benedictine added three more touchdowns in the quarter, another to Shelton and two to 
Deandre Holliday to open a 27-3 lead at halftime.
Holliday reeled in two more touchdowns in the third to cap a big day, including a 78-yard score. Holliday finished with seven catches for 181 yards and four touchdowns. The four touchdowns matched the conference's single game mark. 
Tyler Jarnagin threw for 351 yards and six touchdowns while adding 73 on the ground including a 63-yard scamper. Jarnagin surpassed the school's career record for touchdowns and now owns 83, bettering the previous mark of 82 set by Ryan Sample, who is currently a coach on the staff.
The defense held Eureka to just 281 yards. 
Sergio Ayala recorded a team best nine tackles. 
Tywan Hollis recorded an interception and 
Michael Dinaso recovered a fumble.
Benedictine (4-0, 2-0 NACC) has scored over 200 points in four games with the lowest offensive total being 48. The team welcomes St. Norbert next Saturday at 2:00 pm.
