The Benedictine University men's soccer team recorded a third consecutive result, blanking St. Norbert 1-0 on the road Saturday to claim a second consecutive shutout victory.
The lone goal in the game came in the 61st minute when
David Molek poked home his second of the year. St. Norbert held a 12-7 advantage in shots but could not score the equalizer.
Jordan Rolon, already owning two Defensive Player of the Week awards, recorded another shutout, tallying seven saves. Rolon has allowed just four goals in five matches while notching three shutouts.
Benedictine (4-2-1, 2-0 NACC) visits Dominican on Wednesday afternoon.
