Women's Soccer Plays to Homecoming Draw

The Benedictine University women's soccer team led for most of the match but settled for a conference draw at home against Lakeland.

Lyric Jones set up Kailyn Knudsen in the 15th minute of the match. The lead held all the way until the 86th minute when Lakeland was able to even the score.

Benedictine held an 18-15 advantage in shots with 13 on target. Katherine Prochnow stopped six shots in net. Knudsen totaled four shots along with Addi Curtis.

Benedictine (0-8-2, 0-3-1) plays at Edgewood on Wednesday.
