The Benedictine University women's soccer team ventured to St. Louis and dropped a 5-1 decision on Sunday afternoon at Webster.
Webster scored twice in the first 20 minutes of the match to grab the edge. Just before halftime
Jocelyn Ybarra notched the lone Benedictine goal. Webster scored three times in the second to seal the win. Benedictine totaled eight shots with four on goal.
Kailyn Knudson notched four shots.
Katherine Prochnow made eight saves in net.
Webster won 11 games last year and moved to 3-0 with the win.
Benedictine (0-3-1) will welcome Lake Forest on Wednesday.
