Day joined the staff in the spring of 2017 as offensive line coach following two years as the head coach at St. Joseph's College in Indiana (Division II).
Day led St. Joseph's to consecutive 5-6 finishes in the GLVC. Day initially joined the staff at St. Joseph's in 2011 as offensive line coach. The Pumas posted one of the top rushing offenses in the country during his tenure.
Day played at Seton Hill University and was a member of the institution's first ever football team. A four-year letterwinner and three-year starter, Day served as captain of a 10-win team that made the school's first ever NCAA appearance in 2008. The Ohio native then joined the coaching staff at Seton Hill, working from offensive graduate assistant to tight ends coach.
