Blake Keenan

Blake Keenan enters his second season as the head men's lacrosse coach in 2024 after spending three years as the head coach at Earlham College in Indiana.

An alum, Keenan had a hand in building the men's lacrosse program at Benedictine, playing for the team for three years beginning in 2014, the second year of the program. For three years, Keenan was the leading goal scorer in program history, finishing his career with 78 goals, 23 assists and 101 points. The Schaumburg, Il. native was a three-year starter and a two-year captain, earning second team all-conference in 2015.

Following his playing career, Keenan helped start another program, joining former head coach Jay Farrell at North Central College from 2017-19. North Central posted a pair of winning seasons including a 10-4 mark as a first year program.

Keenan departed North Central for Earlham College for his first head coaching post. The program grew in size each year. Keenan also served as an assistant compliance officer.

Besides his work at the collegiate level, Keenan has worked at the club level and high school level.
