HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Glenbard North (2009) … Greg Chrismann was his coach … Three varsity seasons … Was all-conference academic sophomore, junior and senior year … Named team captain senior year ... Also competed in track and basketball… All-conference honorable mention his senior year in track … Was an Illinois State scholar, Presidential scholar and was part of the National Honor Society … Won the IHSA sportsmanship award.
 
PERSONAL: Son of Bob and Joanne Withington … Has one older brother and two older sisters … One of his sisters attended Benedictine … Volunteers as a coach for Carol Stream Panthers soccer club … Wants to become a physical therapist … enjoys soccer, basketball and running.
