Torrey Vandeleur brings over 15 years of coaching experience, primarily at the club level, to the men's volleyball staff at Benedictine, joining the group for the 2022 season.

Torrey has spent most of her coaching career at Sports Performance Volleyball Club in Aurora Ill., where she also spent her youth years playing. At Sports Performance she spent time coaching in the youth age group, girls 15s/16s, and finished her time there in the 18’s boys age group. During her time with the 18’s boys age group, she lead her teams to a USAV National Championship finish in 2018, a USAV third place finish in 2019, and an AAU National Runner Up finish in 2022. Torrey finished her club coaching career after the runner up finish and then joined the Benedictine Eagles as a volunteer assistant. Her primary focus is on developing our setters.

In addition to coaching, Torrey’s “9-5” for the last nine years has been spent in Wealth Management. She is currently a portfolio analyst and will soon begin working towards her CFP endorsement.

She is local to the area and grew up in Bolingbrook/Naperville. She attended the University of Kentucky and finished her college degree by graduating from Benedictine University.
