Lamarcus Banks joins the Benedictine University women’s basketball staff for the 2026-27 season.
Coach Banks brings over 15 years of experience developing players from youth to high school. In 2014, he founded West Suburban Dream, a grassroots AAU program in the Chicagoland area, and has helped more than 75 athletes reach the collegiate level. He served for 6 years for Midwest Elite, a Chicago area Nike EYBL program, and ultimately became the program’s Associate Director. Currently, Coach Banks is the Assistant Director and Head Coach for Proformance Athletics Girls EYBL, a program based on the west coast and home to players from Hawaii, California, Arizona, Nevada, and Oregon.
For the Eagles, Coach Banks assists in scouting opponents, skill development, and is heavily involved in recruiting efforts.
