Sopeth was hired at Benedictine for the 2019 season, becoming the fourth coach in women's lacrosse history.

SOPETH'S COACHING PROFILE
• Owns experience at the club, high school and college level of lacrosse
• Arrived at Benedictine after working in the health sciences sector
• Spent two years as a graduate assistant in women's lacrosse at North Central College
• Coached club and private lessons in lacrosse at Players Indoor Sports in Naperville, Ill. since 2013
• Served as an assistant coach at Neuqua Valley High School (Ill.) and Verona High School (Wis.)

CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Helped North Central to 23 wins over two years, reaching the conference tournament each season
• 2016 team at North Central set a then program record with 13 victories
• Helped build the women's lacrosse program at Carthage, playing for the first three years of the program
• Ranks sixth all-time in goals at Carthage with over 80 in her career
• First Team all-conference and Team MVP
• Played in the International Women's Lacrosse Tournament in Melbourne, Australia
