A four-year player at North Central College, Nadherny joins the women's lacrosse staff for 2021.

Nadherny made the CCIW Tournament in all four years as a player and graduated with a B.S. in exercise science. Nadherny was named CCIW All-Academic in 2019-20 and also has worked as a coach at New Wave Lacrosse since 2017.

A local native, Nadherny played at Naperville North.
