LISLE, Ill. - The Benedictine University baseball team opened another busy week by falling 10-1 at home to Wheaton College in a non-conference tilt on Monday afternoon.

With two outs and following a sacrifice, All-American Brian Kolb plated two with a single. Justin Zeller followed by depositing an offering over the wall in right-center to chase Palmisano from the contest. Palmisano tossed 6.2 innings and allowed six runs (two earned) on seven hits. He walked two and struck out seven.
Benedictine finally got on the board in the bottom of the eighth inning.
Josh Zenawick (Orland Park, Ill.) was hit by a pitch leading off the inning and stole second.
