The 2013 Benny Awards will be on Sunday, May 5 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Krasa Center Main Dining Room.

This year marks the third year of The Benny Awards, the Benedictine University Athletics end of the year banquet. 

This year's events will be slightly different. At 6:00 p.m. all student-athletes are invited to an appetizer and beverage reception for one hour. All alumni, parents, families and guests are then invited at 7:00 p.m. to attend the awards portion of the night.

This year's categories are:

MALE ATHLETE OF THE YEAR
FEMALE ATHLETE OF THE YEAR
FRESHMAN OF THE YEAR
NEWCOMER OF THE YEAR
MOMENT OF THE YEAR
TEAM OF THE YEAR
FAN OF THE YEAR
FAR AWARDS


All of the nominees and presenters will be announced on April 22.

Attire is business casual, no jeans!
