The Benedictine University cheerleading team will hold an open tryout on Monday, August 25 from 5-8:00 pm in the Dan and Ada Rice Center.

FORMS TO COMPLETE
• BenU cheer application
• Student-athlete pre-participation physical form
• BenU tryout waiver
• All students must have their application on file; provide a copy of their fall class schedule for 2014-15, unofficial transcripts and a picture
* All students must be in good academic standing or they will not be allowed to tryout.
• Freshmen and transfer students please bring a copy of your acceptance letter and course schedule for the fall 2014.

AUDITION ATTIRE
• All cheerleaders are required to wear a red tank top or red t-shirt, black shorts and tennis shoes. Hair must be in a ponytail.
• All male cheerleaders are required to wear black shorts, red t-shirt and tennis shoes. No hats are allowed during the clinic or tryouts

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU
• All required paper work
• Water bottle and snacks
