FROM THE COACH
"It was nice to see the offense come up big today," head coach Guy Bourdon said. "Even though we scored 17 goals, I feel we left a few on the field. This unit will need to continue to come up big if we want to realize our goals for the season. Defensively, I was happy with Jeff's play in cage. He kept us in it until our close defense got their act together. The defense as a whole played much better in the second half."

Benedictine won despite being outshot 44-41 and with Hanover holding a 36-26 groundball advantage
• Hune paced Benedictine with five goals while DePinto notched four and an assist
