Despite winning the first set 25-14, the Benedictine University women's volleyball team dropped a four-set Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference match against Wisconsin Lutheran College on homecoming.

Benedictine 1, Wisconsin Lutheran 3 (25-14, 22-25, 23-25, 23-25)

•Benedictine took a 7-2 lead in the first set and Kendall Holmes scored five straight for the Eagles to take an even bigger lead
•Benedictine would tally 10 kills with a .364 hitting percentage in the 25-14 win
•The Warriors took a 3-0 lead in the second set but BenU regained the lead after Ryanne Ehrman and Holmes kills
•Wisconsin Lutheran tied the game at 19 and took the lead after two straight BenU errors
•The Warriors never looked back, winning 25-22
•In the third set, Benedictine was on the verge of winning, up 21-16
•WLC went on a 9-0 run to take the 24-22 lead
•With set point, a Kristina Billie ace put the Eagles within one but it wasn't enough as WLC would go on to win 25-23
•In the fourth set both teams would battle back and forth, with a tie at 21
•The Warriors tallied three straight to take a 24-21 lead but BenU retaliated with two straight to stay alive
•The Warrior offense was too much to handle, ending the match with a 25-23 victory
