AURORA, IL - The Benedictine University women's lacrosse team suffered a second consecutive conference defeat at Aurora on Wednesday afternoon.

• Aurora built a quick 2-0 lead in the first two minutes of play
• Benedictine was able to come back and tie the score on goals from
Becca Gullett and
Lexie Orr
• Aurora responded with four straight to lead 6-2
• Benedictine was unable to string together multiple goals to cut into the deficit
• The hosts led 12-4 at the half and continued the momentum in the second half, leading by as many as 13
