LISLE, IL - The Benedictine University men's soccer team rallied from deficits on three occasions to notch a win over visiting Lake Forest College.

• Lake Forest set the tone at the beginning of the game, posting three early shots and opening the scoring in the 12th minute
• Benedictine quickly countered, scoring when
Nick Kapetanos found the back of the net in the 14th minute
• Yair Ortega provided the helper
• The goal pushed Kapetanos into first place all-time in conference history in goals scored
• Lake Forest jumped ahead in the 16th minute
• The busy first half continued when
Lukasz Sulka poked homer a pass from from Kapetanos in the 29th minute
• Again Lake Forest responded, scoring in the 30th minute to notch a 3-2 edge
• Santiago Beltran evened the game in the 50th minute, again utilizing a helper from Kapetanos
• Erik Stammer blasted home the winning goal in the 54th minute when Kapetanos assisted
• Benedictine held a 19-12 advantage in shots, deliver 11 in the second half
• Antonio Marti Polo made six saves in net
• Kapetanos was involved in all four goals, notching a goal and three assists
• Kapetanos finished with six shots
