The Benedictine University women's volleyball team moved to 3-3 in Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference action with a 3-1 win over Alverno College on the road.

Benedictine 3, Alverno 1 (25-18, 19-25, 25-15, 25-17)

THE DETAILS
• In the first set, Molly Stock tallied four straight kills to give BenU a 4-0 lead
• Benedictine would hit .348 with 12 kills for the 25-18 win
• Alverno went up 6-0 in set two and the Eagles could never recover, falling 25-19
• Stock's hot offense continued, tallying five points in the third set to take a 9-5 lead and the Eagles never looked back, winning 25-15
• In set four, the Eagles collected 2.5 blocks and seven kills for the 25-17 victory
