LISLE, IL - The Benedictine University women's lacrosse team finally had the chance to play at home, dropping a non-conference contest with Indiana Tech following three on the road to start the year.

Indiana Tech 19, Benedictine 1
• Indiana Tech went on the offensive from the start, scoring a goal after winning the opening draw
• The visitors, ranked sixth in NAIA, scored the first four goals of the game
• Maria Trevino scored the only goal for Benedictine with 18:42 remaining in the first half

• Indiana Tech scored the final 15 goals of the game
• Indiana Tech held a 10-1 lead at halftime
• Indiana Tech held a 43-12 advantage in shots, putting 35 on goal
• Emma Redfern recorded 16 saves in goal and also posted five groundballs
• Benedictine collected 11 groundballs and converted seven clears
• Madison Horan led Benedictine with five shots and two caused turnovers
