• Benedictine led only briefly in both ends of the doubleheader
• Benedictine opened the scoring in the first game during the bottom of the second inning
• Tyler Woynerowski singled with two outs and scored from first on a double by D.J. Dillon
• Concordia Wisconsin tied the game in the fourth and took the lead with two sixth inning tallies against Benedictine starter James Wright
• Benedictine battled within a run in the bottom of the sixth on a fielder's choice off the bat of Jonathan Hodo after Jack Feeley waked and Michael Chaffin singled
• Two more runs came around in the ninth to provide insurance for the visitors
• Down 1-0, Benedictine struck for three runs in the fifth of the second game to grab the lead
• Feeley led off with a single, stole second and scored on a Chaffin double to tie the score
• Chaffin swiped third and scored the go-ahead run on a wild pitch
• The final run scored on a single from Dillon
• Concordia Wisconsin evened the game in the seventh and scored five runs in the ninth to steal the sweep

• Wright struck out six in six innings in his return to the rotation but took the loss
• Sosa allowed just one run with five strikeouts in six innings
• Seven different individuals tallied hits in game one
• Cameron Paladines struck out four in two innings
• Nine different individuals posted hits in the second contest
