THE DETAILS
• Samantha Tikalsky opened the scoring with her 10th of the year less than two minutes into the game
• Wartburg scored the next four goals and seven of eight to open a 7-2 lead
• Benedictine continued to press and battled to within 11-8 at the half when Tikalsky poked home a feed from Emma Redfern
• Tiaklsky scored her fourth of the game to open the second half, drawing Benedictine within 11-9 five minutes into the half
• The teams traded a pair of goals as two from Kaylee Garcia again brought Benedictine within two goals at 13-11
• Wartburg was able to score the final five goals of the game to secure the conference win

• Wartburg held a 30-24 advantage in shots with 24 on goal
• Tikalsky led Benedictine with four goals and an assist, causing two turnovers and picking up two groundballs
• Garcia scored three times with Ries McCue adding a pair
• Margaret Pinkston and Amaris Hernandez split time in goal with Pinkston stopping six shots and collecting six groundballs
