MILWAUKEE, WI - The Benedictine University men's basketball team opened a week of road games with a loss at Wisconsin Lutheran.

THE DETAILS
- Jeff Kratz had a huge first half as Benedictine built an early lead
- Kratz hit three three-pointers and
Marvin Agwomoh recorded a layup and a pair of dunks as Benedictine opened a 15-9 lead
- Benedictine led for most of the half before Wisconsin Lutheran hit consecutive threes to take 33-32 lead into the half
- Agwomoh opened the second half with a layup before the hosts notched seven straight to lead 40-34
- Following another dunk from Agwomoh, Wisconsin Lutheran scored nine straight to open a double-digit lead at 53-43 with 11:21 left
- Benedictine found themselves down by 12 but slowly chipped away, pulling within 62-61 with 2:53 remaining following an 8-0 run
- Down a pair in the final minute, Benedictine could not find a way to even the contest
STAT LEADERS
- Benedictine made 10 three-pointers and held a 42-39 advantage on the glass
- Benedictine shot 38.7 percent in the loss
- Kratz made six three-pointers and finished with a game best 18 points
- Agwomoh tallied a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds, seven of which came on the offensive end
- Trevor Montiel reeled in 10 rebounds
