Benedictine received plenty of recognition from the conference this week. Here is the list of all the players honored with some details on each and a link to the full releases from the conference.
WOMEN'S SOCCER
Stephanie Nichols - Offense
Nichols scored the game-winner in the closing seconds of the second overtime in Benedictine's first win of the year and added another goal in a win over Aurora.
Mary Frederick - Defense
Recorded the first two wins of her career including the first collegiate shutout in a double-overtime win over Concordia Chicago for the team's first win of the season.

Alex Pillath - Defense
Pillath anchored the back line of the defense in a pair of shutouts and also stepped up on offense to add a goal and an assist.

DJ Anderson
Anderson broke a 40-year old school record in the 400m byt posting the top time in the country at the Benedictine Invite last Friday. Anderson has won two awards this year and five outdoor awards during his career.

Colin Domek - Offense
Domek scored six goals in Benedictine's win over MSOE, helping run the team's win streak to six. Domek has been honored twice this year and Benedictine has received three honors.

Stephen Sewruk - Pitcher
Sewruk earned his first win of the year by striking out 11 in a seven-inning complete game shutout of Dominican.
Jack Feeley - Position Player
Feeley hit .533 with eight hits in the four games for Benedictine last week, all wins.
