THE DETAILS
- A well pitched contest throughout, both teams scored runs in the fifth inning
- Ryan Doubek opened the inning with a leadoff double
- Jack Surin singled home the first run of the contest with two outs
- Concordia Chicago tied the game in the bottom of the inning
- Nic Presutti opened the ninth by reaching on an error and pinch runner Anthony Lenza was sacrificed to second
- With two outs, Kyle Mitter made the hosts pay with an RBI single to right, scoring Lenza with the go-ahead run
- The teams played just a single game due to morning weather and will complete the series at Concordia Chicago on Monday afternoon
