The Benedictine University women's basketball team returned to action for the first time in 10 days, falling 71-29 in a non-conference matchup at Carthage College on Tuesday night. Benedictine managed just nine field goals in the game, shooting 15.3 percent. The team managed just one field goal in each of the first and third quarters.
Megan Duzansky came off the bench to score six points to pace Benedictine. Carthage opened a 9-0 lead and did not look back.
