- Benedictine led for almost the entire first half, opening a double-digit lead on a
Cade Ellingson three with 11:16 remaining in the half
- Concordia Wisconsin went on a run to pull within three but a jumper from
Michael Johnson just before halftime made the score 39-34
- Benedictine shot 57 percent in the first half and 50 in the second to finish at 53.3 percent
- The hosts also blistered the nets in the second half, shooting 56 percent
- Benedictine led by nine with 13:19 left but Concordia Wisconsin chipped away
- A 7-0 run put the hosts ahead 75-72 with 2:32 remaining
- Johnson tied the game with 1:28 left but Benedictine missed a pair of chances to take the lead in the final minute
