- Benedictine scored in each of the first four innings to take control early
- Taylor Skraba was hit by a pitch to open the game, stole second and eventually scored on a sacrifice fly from Alyssa Gil
- The first two batters of the second inning reached before
Neena Franklin came around on an error to make the score 2-0
- Megan Fast opened the third with a double and scored on a fielder's choice with the bases loaded
- Franklin also added an RBI single as Benedictine led 4-0
- Two more runs scored on a homer from Gil in the fourth
- Asia Robinette scored the final run in the fifth on a wild pitch

- Alexandra Loizon worked six innings to earn her second win of the trip, striking out four
- Leah Navarro worked the seventh
- Benedictine totaled eight hits
- Gil drove in three with a pair of hits while Franklin notched three hits

- After Hope left the bases loaded in the top of the first, Fast homered with one out to put Benedictine in front
- Benedictine scored three runs in the fourth to open a 4-0 lead
- Sara Allison singled home a run while another scored on an error before Allison also came in on an error
- Hope connected on a two-run homer in the sixth but could pull no closer

- Ashley Fisher notched two of the fourt Benedictine hits
- Fast tossed a complete game to even her record at 1-1
