CLERMONT, FL - The Benedictine University softball team came from behind to cap the spring trip to Florida with a win.

THE DETAILS
- Williams jumped in front by scoring a pair of wins in the bottom of the first
- Benedictine cut into the deficit by scoring a run in the second inning
- Becky Roncone tallied an RBI single to plate Colleen Schmit with the first run
- Benedictine left the bases loaded in the third but broke through with three runs in the fourth
- With the bases loaded, a pair of runs scored on wild pitches to put Benedictine ahead
- The fourth run scored on an error
- Benedictine finished the scoring in the fifth with two more runs
- Asia Robinette doubled home a run and Sara Allison singled home the other

STAT LEADERS
- Benedictine totaled 10 hits in the win
- Allison, Roncone and Megan Fast all notched a pair of hits
- Alexandra Loison spun five innings to grab her fifth win of the trip
- Fast tossed the final two to notch the save
