LISLE, IL - The Benedictine University men's lacrosse team dropped a second consecutive contest, falling at home to Kalamazoo.

THE DETAILS
• Benedictine scored the first two goals of the contest on unassisted tallies from
Thomas Tillett and
Will Robinson
• Kalamazoo scored twice in man-up situations to tie the score headed to the second
• Trailing for the first time at 3-2 early in the second, Tillett fed Robinson for a goal to tie the game and Robinson returned the favor in a man-up situation to put Benedictine ahead with 4:48 left in the half
• Kalamazoo scored the next three goals to go up 6-4 into the half
• Joe Spahn scored the lone goal of the third for Benedictine as Kalamazoo opened an 11-5 lead, pulling away
STAT LEADERS
• James McDonald recorded 20 saves in goal during one of the top performances in net in program history
• Benedictine managed just 22 shots in the contest
• Tillett and Robinson both scored three times and added an assist
• Jon Ackerson forced three turnovers
• Benedictine was whistled for 14 penalties which led to three goals for Kalamazoo
• Antonio Shepard picked up four groundballs while causing a pair of turnovers
