LISLE, IL - The Benedictine University softball team scored six runs in the bottom of the seventh, walking off with a doubleheader sweep of St. Norbert on a grand slam from
Asia Robinette.

THE DETAILS: GAME ONE
• Benedictine set the tone for the first contest by plating four runs in the bottom of the third
• Taylor Skraba opened the scoring with a solo homer over the wall in left-center
• A throwing error allowed another run to score and Robinette doubled home the third run
• Ashley Fisher also added an RBI single
• Megan Fast doubled home a run in the fourth and Robinette logged an RBI single
• Skraba homered again in the sixth for the final run of the opener
STAT LEADERS: GAME ONE
• Alexandra Loizon twirled seven blank innings, allowing just two hits while striking out six
• Benedictine finished the opener with 11 hits
• Fast and Robinette totaled three hits each while Skraba notched a pair of hits
THE DETAILS: GAME TWO
• Benedictine built a 2-0 lead with single runs in the first and second
• Alyssa Gill opened the scoring with a sacrifice fly
• Lauren Gallagher knocked home a run in the second by reaching on an error
• St. Norbert tallied three runs in the fourth and added two in the sixth along with one in the seventh to lead 6-2
• Fisher singled to start the inning and
Faith Chada notched a one-out walk
• Skraba singled home the first run of the rally
• Fast singled to score Chada and make the score 6-4
• Gill singled to load the bases for Robinette who pounded a 1-0 pitch over the wall for the win
STAT LEADERS: GAME TWO
• Fast started in the circle and worked 5.1 innings
• Leah Navarro earned the win by working 1.2 innings
• Fast and Gill posted two hits each
