RIVER FOREST, IL - The Benedictine University baseball team dropped a pair of games at Concordia Chicago on Friday.

GAME ONE DETAILS
- The hosts jumped ahead early and did not trail in the opener
- Concordia Chicago notched three runs in the bottom of the first
- Benedictine pulled within a run by notching single tallies in the fifth and sixth
- A double steal put runners at second and third in the fifth and Ryan Doubek plated the first run with a groundout
- Cole Wilson walked in the sixth and scored on an error
- Concordia Chicago scored five runs in the bottom of the inning to open an 8-2 edge
- Benedictine responded with three to draw within 8-5

- Benedictine played from behind in the second contest as well
- Concordia Chicago scored an unearned run in the first
- Benedictine tied the game in the second on a solo homer from Andrew Tenison
- The hosts took the lead again in the fourth before Benedictine tied the game in the sixth
- Cameron Falk knocked home Damen Castillo with an RBI single
- Concordia Chicago scored three runs in the bottom of the inning
- Benedictine brought the tying run to the plate in the ninth but could not score

GAME TWO LEADERS
- John Creviston worked six innings  and Jackson Bahn logged the final two frames
- Benedictine notched eight hits in the game
- Tenison and Falk picked up two apiece
