The Benedictine University women's basketball team fell behind 16-0 only to storm back and grab the lead in the second quarter but suffered a 76-51 defeat at the hands of Concordia Wisconsin in home conference action on Wednesday night.
Down 18-9 after one quarter, Benedictine knocked down three consecutive three-pointers to tie the game.
Sierra Skack hit two with Halle WIlliams adding the other.
Jordan Carlquist put Benedictine in front 27-25 with 4:07 to play in the second.
Benedictine finished the game shooting 30.5 percent and hit on 50 percent of attempts in the second quarter. The bench scored 41 points. Concordia Wisconsin held a 50-27 edge on the glass while shooting 50 percent for the game.
Skack's hot-shooting performance led to a career best 23 points behind seven three-pointers.
