The Benedictine University women's basketball team trekked north to meet perennial conference front runner Wisconsin Lutheran and dropped a 68-48 decision.
Benedictine scored the first points of the game but Wisconsin Lutheran was able to build a double-digit edge in the opening quarter and led the rest of the way.
Benedictine shot 32.7 percent in the contest and scored 26 points in the paint. The bench contributed 24 points in the contest.
Sierra Skack was the top scorer, finishing with eight points.
Sophia Hardy,
Cami Hurt and
Jordan Carlquist all amassed six.
Benedictine (5-12, 5-3 NACC) welcomes Marian on Wednesday night.
