The Benedictine University women's basketball team concluded the 2024 portion of the season by dropping an 80-56 contest against Carroll.
Carroll built an early lead and did not look back. Benedictine trailed 26-11 after the opening 10 minutes. The visitors used a 12-0 run to close the quarter with the advantage. The lead would grow to 26 in the second as Carroll led 51-25 at the half. Benedictine outscored the visitors in the third and fourth but could not overcome the early hole.
Carroll scored 27 points on 25 turnovers by Benedictine as both teams regularly pressed. Benedictine shot 41 percent in the contest. Three players reached double figures in the game led by 18 off the bench from
Allison Jarvis.

Benedictine (4-5) visits Knox on Saturday in another non-conference matchup.
