The Benedictine University men's lacrosse team went on the road and collected their first conference win, besting the University of Dubuque on Wednesday night.

- Benedictine seized control early, scoring the first four goals of the game

Ben Sochaki scored in a man-up situation less than two minutes into the contest and
Luke Grant followed suit less than a minute later
- Dubuque was able to draw within 5-4 in the second quarter but Benedictine tallied three in a row to go up 8-4 and held an 8-5 edge at the half

Moussa Diallo and Sochaki scored to open the second half as the lead reached five goals
- A flurry at the end of the third and start of the fourth extended the edge to 14-6
