With the season down to the final days the Benedictine University baseball team was able to bounce back in the second game against Rockford at home and hold on to the final conference tournament slot with two games remaining.

THE DETAILS
- Rockford scored six runs in the third inning to seize control in the opener
- Benedictine was limited to just five hits
- The second contest saw Benedictine score in five of their six trips to the plate
