The Benedictine University women's lacrosse team has played four straight matches away from home, with one more road match scheduled for this week. On Sunday, the Eagles will head to Beloit, Wisconsin to take on Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference for Beloit College at 12:00 p.m.

The Buccaneers are in year three as a varsity program, just as the BenU Eagles are. Beloit has shown steady improvement, jumping from 4-7 in the inaugural 2013 season to 10-7 in 2014. This year, the Buccaneers are off to a 2-3 start. All five matchups have been decided by single-digits.
Beloit has defeated BenU in each of the past two seasons. Last year, Benedictine had its best offensive output of the season despite the loss, falling 18-17 in Wisconsin. In 2013, Beloit downed Benedictine 19-4 in Lisle.
