Women's Lacrosse to Play in MWLC Semifinals

After posting a 5-4 Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference mark for the 2016 season, the Benedictine University women's lacrosse team is the #4 seed in the MWLC tournament.

The Eagles will travel to the #1 seed Concordia University-Wisconsin on Friday, May 6 for the semifinal game at 1:00 p.m.

Benedictine battled with the Falcons earlier this season, falling 12-7 to the regular season MWLC champions. In the game, senior Samantha Link tied the single season record for goals.

Also making the Tournament is #2 Aurora University and #3 Augsburg who play at at 4:00 p.m. following the BenU/CUW game. The winners wil face each other on Saturday, May 7 at 4:00 p.m.
