A pair of free throws late in the contest sent the Benedictine University women's basketball team to a 62-59 defeat at North Central on Tuesday night despite 16 points from
Megan Duzansky off the bench. Benedictine held a 46-38 margin on the glass and shot 32.8 percent but made just four field goals in the fourth quarter as North Central grabbed the win in the tight contest that featured seven ties and four lead changes.
Sara Smith added 11 points and six rebounds.
