Two players posted double-doubles but the Benedictine University men's basketball team managed to shoot just 31 percent from the field in dropping a 67-57 game at home to DePauw in the final non-conference game prior to the start of conference play.
Andrew Stokes played only 17 minutes but tallied 10 points and 12 rebounds off the bench for his first career double-double while
Trevor Montiel logged 10 points and 11 boards. Stokes has reached double figures in the last four games.
Brandon McCoy led all scorers in the game with 13 points, also off the bench. The bench scored 30 points in the game, more than half the team's total. Benedictine held a 47-45 edge on the glass.
