The Benedictine University men's volleyball team will play in the NCAA Tournament for the second time in program history after recording a spirited four-set win over Dominican in the championship match of the NACC Tournament to claim the program's first ever tournament title before a raucous crowd in the Rice Center. An even contest throughout, both teams regularly traded the lead during the four sets. The largest lead from either side was four points. Benedictine won the final three sets after dropping the opener and hit .231 for the contest.
Nathan Klimisch posted 16 kills while
Cooper Armstrong put down 13 and
Chase Olson nine. Olson added six blocks at the net.
Sanchit Khaitan recorded 41 assists to go with 14 digs.
Kyle Vasquez notched 20 digs.
